Andrey Zubitskiy has a PhD in economics. He became the President of the Supervisory Board of SIJ d.d. in 2007, and in January 2017 he was appointed as President of the Management Board of SIJ d.d. Following the expiry of his first term of office, the Supervisory Board reappointed Mr Zubitskiy as President of the Management Board for an additional six-year term from 18 July 2023.

Kristijan Bauer holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University in Germany. He completed executive education programs at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in the USA and at INSEAD Business School in France. He has 30 years of management experience in industrial companies, where he led complex restructuring processes in crisis situations. He has held senior executive positions and governance roles in Europe, the United States, China and South America, including in companies such as Continental AG, Festo SE and Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik GmbH.

Igor Malevanov holds a degree in economics. During his studies, he specialized in insurance and financial matters. Since 2001, he has served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance in various metallurgical companies. From 2007 to 25 June 2017, he was responsible for the financial, economic, and IT areas at the SIJ Group. He was reappointed as a Member of the Management Board of SIJ d.d. on 22 February 2018. On May 1, 2020, he became its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. On December 1, 2025, he was reappointed as a Member of the Management Board responsible for Finance, Controlling, Accounting, and IT.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Ljubljana. Throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership positions in various companies, including Slovenske železarne d.d. From 2002 to 2014, he served as the President of the Management Board of SIJ d.d. and Slovenske železarne (now SIJ Group), and from 2016 to February 2019, he was the President of the Management Board of Perutnina Ptuj. He became a member of the Management Board of SIJ d.d. on February 22, 2018, and has been its Senior Vice-president since May 1, 2020. On May 5, 2021, he was elected President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) for a two-year term. On May 17, 2023, he was re-elected for another term. He serves in this role on a non-professional basis.
