The SIJ Group is one of the largest business groups in Slovenia according to both income and the number of employees.

The subsidiaries and SIJ – Slovenian Steel Group, d.d., form a trust under the sole management of the Group with SIJ – Slovenian Steel Group, d.d. as the parent company, having signed a contract which covers the regulation of relationships and sole management in the SIJ Group.

The parent company is SIJ – Slovenian Steel Group, d.d., with its office in Ljubljana. The steel companies are located in the municipalities of Jesenice and Ravne na Koroškem, where the processing companies Elektrode Jesenice, SUZ, Noži Ravne and ZIP center are also registered.
