Who we are / Shareholders
The biggest owner of the company is Dilon d.o.o. Ljubljana. Together with the Russian company OAO KOKS (both of which are majority owned by the Zubitskiy family) and the Republic of Slovenia they control both the company SIJ, d. d. and the SIJ Group. The rest of the shareholders are minority owners of SIJ, d.d.
